Valentin Hordijenko, born in 1956, has been active in the real estate industry in various functions for over 30 years. After studying architecture, he worked as an expert and evaluator at the former Hypo Bank. Back in 1991 he graduated from the second year of "Real Estate Economics" at the European Business School. This was followed by almost 10 years of project development amongst others for Hypo Tecta, a subsidiary of the former Hypo Bank. Mr. Hordijenko was responsible for project developments in Munich, Stuttgart, Cologne and Berlin. The most famous object from his former area of responsibility is the office tower "Uptown Munich", now known as the O2 headquarters. Later, Mr. Hordijenko worked for over 5 years as a senior consultant in the investment at Kemper's, the market leader in selling and leasing of retail properties.

Besides sale of retail real estates, Valentin Hordijenko main focus at the Estate Consult GmbH lies in the areas of residential properties and project development.
