Brokerage

Our brokerage activity is mainly focused on the southern part of Germany and is divided into the areas leasing and investment.

Leasing:
We provide commercial premises for national and international chain stores as well as regional dealers in the prime areas of large and medium cities in southern Germany. Furthermore, we provide retail space in shopping centers and retail warehouses, even in small towns.

Investment:
Our main focus of sales is in the exchange of commercial real estate and residential-use properties. Within the commercial real estate we are specialized in retail buildings in the prime areas, as well as shopping centers and retail warehouses. In the residential area, our focus is on providing multi-family homes, apartment complexes from 50 units upwards and nursing homes.

Because of our proximity to private investors and wealthy family offices, as well as local project developers and owners, we are able to ensure through a targeted sales approach a quick and discreet transaction. We submit a focused offer that is tailored on the customer preferences.
